We offer returns for most non-personalised items within a set period from delivery, provided they are in unused condition and in their original packaging. Personalised orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Because many of our pieces are made to order or personalised immediately, we generally cannot cancel orders once they are placed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help.
To start a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we will send you the return instructions and address.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, you may return it according to our returns policy and place a new order for the preferred item.
If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and your order number. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the error was made by us. Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
